KB Healthcare has always been punctual and attentive to my mother's needs at her Assisted Living Facility. They are always at her side when she is moving from one place to another. They are well trained to anticipate situations or positions where an older person might be at risk. Roselyn, the aide who looked after my mom, worked to habituate my mother to correct positioning and body mechanics in her movements around her facility. She was also attentive to my mother's general health needs, making sure she ate well and got some exercise on a regular basis. She was essential in my mother's recovery from her fall.
