We used KB for a total of 9 months to provide an aide for my mom on a daily basis. Communication with Kwaku was excellent. If ever the regular aide wasn't able to make it, a substitute would show up. There may have been 1 or 2 days when no one could be found and I was called or texted. Billing was easy, clear and efficient.
