We used KB for a total of 9 months to provide an aide for my mom on a daily basis. Communication with Kwaku was excellent. If ever the regular aide wasn't able to make it, a substitute would show up. There may have been 1 or 2 days when no one could be found and I was called or texted. Billing was easy, clear and efficient. Of the 4 agencies we have used over 2 years, they were definitely the best in the administrative areas. I think the quality of the aides varies within KB services but all the agencies/services we used had a similar variability.
