Meet The Face Behind KB Healthcare Services

I’m Kwaku Boateng, the proud owner of KB Healthcare Services.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

For as long as I can remember, I have always worked in the long-term care industry, in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. My experience in different facilities helped me make an informed decision to start a home care company of my own for seniors in my community.

With complete control over my home care agency, I could provide a higher level of service quality and compassionate care for the elderly. Moreover, I could offer flexibility and better focus to my clients.

This company is only two years old, but I previously owned a similar business for six years. Before getting into home care, I had worked in the long-term care industry for almost fifteen years. This has given me the expertise I need to run my new business efficiently and cater to all my clients’ needs.

We are currently growing steadily even though the pandemic has impacted our business greatly. Despite the turn of events, we are doing our best to support our clients and their families the best we can.

Giving clients and their families the peace of mind they need is our topmost priority, and we do so by customizing our services. It is fulfilling to know another family can count on our services and feel at peace with their decision to hire us. After all, home care is about comfort and stress-free living for our clients and their loved ones.

Throughout my experience in the caregiving industry, I have realized that quality care is the result of good staff. And, when staff is treated with care and respect, it is automatically transferred to the clients.

Additionally, we all believe that the sacredness of human life is the value that guides us on a daily basis. As a result, we do our best to preserve it and improve to the best of our ability.

When I help my clients, I offer them my complete self and make sure I understand them and their families, so they can all enjoy the peace of mind that they desire. This approach has helped me acquire a great deal of success over the years, and even today!

I’ve had countless satisfying moments throughout my career. But, I especially love it when our clients and families express their gratitude to our staff and appreciate our unique services.

When I’m not helping seniors cope with day-to-day living, I work on my non-profit entity and other social volunteer groups such as Rotary. I also have a non-profit educational foundation that helps students and institutions in deprived regions in Ghana-West Africa. For leisure, I love to watch the NBA and soccer. These are my two all-time favorite hobbies.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
